These three chapters (8 – 10) have been added to the original version of Part One. However, Amazon have changed the rules on the publication of new content on the Kindle platform which means that it is no longer possible to issue free upgrades to published works.
The purchasers of Part One would have to delete the book from their devices and archive and then repurchase it to read the extra material.
This did not seem fair to me, so I am making the extra chapters available as free downloads in PDF format on the publisher’s website.
My thanks to everyone who bought Part One and for the many kind comments received.
Part Two is due to be published in Summer 2012. Part Three is scheduled for early 2013.
